Scope
This policy covers Lometrics, Inc. (a Delaware corporation) and the website at lometrics.io.
It does not cover clinical research. If you take part in a Lometrics study, that is governed by the informed consent documents approved by the reviewing Institutional Review Board, not by this policy.
What we collect
The site has no forms. Contact happens by email, so we receive whatever you choose to send us, and we keep that correspondence to respond to it.
We use PostHog for analytics. It records pages viewed, clicks, referring page, browser and device type, approximate city-level location from your IP address, and a random identifier stored in your browser to recognize repeat visits. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not combine it with your email correspondence.
Investor materials are password-protected. Authenticating sets a signed cookie so the session persists. That cookie is strictly necessary for the feature to work.
Why, and who sees it
We use this to answer inquiries, understand which parts of the site are useful, keep restricted areas restricted, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. Three providers process data for us: PostHog for analytics, Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Google Workspace for email. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or in connection with a financing or sale of the business.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking the analytics cookie does not affect reading the site. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal and treat it as an opt-out.
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing under the CCPA as amended. We do not sell or share as those terms are defined, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request.
UK and EEA residents have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port their data, and to object to processing. We are based in the United States and process data there. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.

Children
This site is intended for adults: clinicians, researchers, partners, and investors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
The site describes potential future applications of the technology, including in pediatric populations. That describes an intended clinical use under study. It does not mean the site is directed at children or collects information from them.
Security, changes, contact
We use encryption in transit and access controls on restricted materials. No system is completely secure. Email is not a secure channel, so do not send us health information by email.
If we update this policy, the date at the top of this page changes, and material changes will be identified as such.
